The book was a beautiful read. Well written and the characters fully developed. I like novels that dig deep and flower at the end. It was really gut wrenching at times reading about how mental illness can hijack families. On the other hand, it is a testiment to the wonderful healing process therapy can offer for those who choose it. He stuck with it and in the end he was healed, sparked, reconnected and bound to all the good things he needed and his life and landed in a place that he never expected. He became whole. And yes...at the end I cried.
